  1. How long can I use Oxeris for in the trial period?
    Oxeris can be used without paying for the service from the moment of registration for a period of time defined on the page http://www.oxeris.com/en/buy_now/prices
  2. When is the client charged for using the service?
    The fees for using the commercial account in Oxeris are charged from the first day after the trial period is finished, regardless of changing the test account into commercial account.
  3. How to change a test account into a commercial account?
    When you buy credit in Oxeris your account will automatically change from the test version into the commercial version from the date specified of the invoice. In the payment calculator on the website you need to define the amount of payment, choose the method of payment and confirm the payment.
  4. What if I don't top-up my credit before it expires?
    14 and 7 days before the end of the trial period the system sends an automated e-mail to the User: "In 14/7 days the trial period will expire. After the trial period is finished the procedure of termination of your Oxeris account will begin. Buy credit to continue using your Oxeris account. When you top-up your credit with a required ammount, your account will be automatically changed into the commercial one the next day after the trial account expires".

    After the end of the trial period (if the account was not changed into a commercial one during the trial period) the procedure of termination an account will begin.
  5. How long can I use Oxeris?
    You can enjoy using full functionality of Oxeris for as long as you have funds on your Oxeris account, that will allow you to pay for the next day of using the service for the all the devices that are authorized on your Oxeris account.

    Note: In case of Intel® Anti-Theft technology, the User must have enough credit on the account to cover 90 days of using Oxeris for all the devices authorized on the account.

    Example: If company X has 5 devices and they use Intel® Anti-Theft technology powered by Oxeris, in that case the company must have enough credit on the account to pay for 5 devices for the period of 90 days. If the company wants to add another device to the service, the company must have funds on the account available to cover minimum 90 days service for 6 devices, otherwise adding another device will not be possible.

    As soon as funds on the User account expire, the procedure aiming at termination of the User account will start.
  6. When does charging for using Oxeris start?
    - Charges are incurred every day at 12:00 PM (24:00 o'clock)
    - The funds are not deducted from your account during the trial period.
  7. What is the procedure of termination an account?
    1. Termination an account is performed in 3 steps, starting from the day when the termination starts:
    a. B1 - limited access to account functionalities - 14 days
    b. B2 - deactivation of an account - 30 days
    c. B3 - account termination - 90 days (executed within 120 days).

    2. B1 is executed when the account at the billing time (24:00 o'clock) does not secure funds for using the service. In case there is not enough money on the account to pay for the service we allow for an overdraft of your account. The money will be deducted from your next payment (if ever).
    3. B1 applies also if your account expires.

    4. B1 procedure Unenrols all the computers from the Inel Anti-Theft Technology.

    5. In case of B1 scenario the user receives the following information to the e-mail address that serves as the account login: "Your account will have limited functionality. Buying credit within 14 days will result in re-activation of all functionalities. After this period and no payment your account will be terminated".

    6. B2 procedure results in:
    a. Access limitation to all functions on the portal, apart from the "Administration" part which allows for the payment for the service.
    b. Sending a message with information: "Access to your account is limited now. Payment for the service within 90 days will result in re-activation of your account. No payment after this period will result in termination of your account. You will have to open a new account and install agents again in order to be able to use the service again."

    7. B3 procedure will results in:
    a. Sending a request to all devices to uninstall the Agent after 30 days.
    b. "Unauthorize" devices with the deleted Agent.
    c. Removal of all the devices with uninstalled Agent from the database.
    d. Removal of the user account together with all the data from the devices on which uninstall request failed or the device did not receive the uninstall request.
    e. Sending information: "Your account and all the data on your account was terminated. In order to use the service you have to open a new account and install the Agents".
  8. One of the devices was misplaced. Can you help me to localize it?
    Yes, if the device has poroperly installed Oxeris software and was authorized on the portal".
  9. My device was stolen, however I don't have Oxeris software installed. Is it possible to find my device by use of Oxeris?
    No, devices without Oxeris software cannot be tracked and blocked by our system. In such a situation it is recommended to report the theft at the nearest Police station.
  10. Does the Oxeris software support Mac computers?
    At the moment Oxeris does not support Mac computers but it will be available from the next version of the software. You can learn about news and changes in Oxeris by subscribing News (RSS channel) or the Newsletter.
  11. Is Oxeris able to use the webcam from my device?
    Yes, Oxeris can download pictures from the webcam and send them to the server, in order to attach them to the theft statement.
  12. How to manage many mobile devices in my organization?

  13. How to Activate and manage Intel® Anti-Theft technology?

  16. Why the status of the Inetl Anti-Teft technology on my computer is "unavailable"?
    If, according to the technical specification, your computer supports Intel® Anti-Theft technology, but the software does not recognize it, follow the steps:

    1. Your computer BIOS configuration.
    Each computer has a BIOS configuration tool in-built - you will learn how to run it from your computer documentation. Some of the OEMs do not set Intel® Anti-Theft technology in default settings, so it will not work until the user runs it manually.

    The pictures below show an example procedure of running Intel® Anti-Theft Technology on a computer. Note, it is just an example - BIOS configuration tools from different producers my require different procedures. For the procedures required by the OEM of your computer refer to your computer configuration manual








    2. Intel® Anti-Teft technology drivers.





    The OEM of your device is responsible for proper preparation of the device Operating System, but if for any reason the system was damaged, after its recovery check the below settings:

    Intel® Anti-Theft Technology requirements:

    - Microsoft Windows v. Vista, 7, 8.
    - Proper Intel® Anti-Theft driver is installed.
